Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- a dash of olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- a pack of baby mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce
- some sliced cherry tomatoes
Optional additions
- chopped basil
- chopped parsley
Preparation
Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions.
Add a dash of olive oil to a pan along with 2 crushed garlic cloves and fry for a few minutes.
Add a pack of baby mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce, then cook for another 5 minutes.
Add some sliced cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
Optionally, add chopped basil or parsley.
