Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • a dash of olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • a pack of baby mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce
  • some sliced cherry tomatoes

Optional additions

  • chopped basil
  • chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions.

  2. Add a dash of olive oil to a pan along with 2 crushed garlic cloves and fry for a few minutes.

  3. Add a pack of baby mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce, then cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Add some sliced cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5-8 minutes.

  5. Optionally, add chopped basil or parsley.
