Easy Paleo Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 scoop furtherfood collagen (optional)
Toppings
- Blueberries (optional)
- Dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Optionally, refrigerate the mixture for later use.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
