Easy Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 scoop furtherfood collagen (optional)

Toppings

  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Combine all ingredients until well mixed.

  3. Optionally, refrigerate the mixture for later use.

  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
