Quick Oatmeal with Berries and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Toppings

  • plain yogurt (Forager Project)
  • peanut butter
  • frozen mixed berries

Preparation

  1. Combine quick oats, water, cashew milk, and vanilla protein powder in a pot and cook over medium heat until creamy, about 5 minutes.

  2. Warm the frozen mixed berries in a microwave or on the stove until heated through.

  3. Top the cooked oatmeal with plain yogurt, peanut butter, and warmed berries.

  4. Serve immediately.
