Quick Oatmeal with Berries and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Toppings
- plain yogurt (Forager Project)
- peanut butter
- frozen mixed berries
Preparation
Combine quick oats, water, cashew milk, and vanilla protein powder in a pot and cook over medium heat until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Warm the frozen mixed berries in a microwave or on the stove until heated through.
Top the cooked oatmeal with plain yogurt, peanut butter, and warmed berries.
Serve immediately.
