Smoked Paprika Hummus
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups canned absolute organic chickpeas (drained)
- 3/4 cup absolute organic unhulled tahini • juice of 1 large lemon
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp ground coriander
- 2 small cloves of chopped roasted garlic • generous pinch of salt
- cracked black pepper • 1/4 cup garlic & extra virgin olive oil spray
- 5 tbsp of water
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms
If more oil is needed, add more in
Sprinkle smoked paprika and sea salt on top
