Smoked Paprika Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups canned absolute organic chickpeas (drained)
  • 3/4 cup absolute organic unhulled tahini • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1tsp smoked paprika
  • 1tsp ground coriander
  • 2 small cloves of chopped roasted garlic • generous pinch of salt
  • cracked black pepper • 1/4 cup garlic & extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 5 tbsp of water

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms

  2. If more oil is needed, add more in

  3. Sprinkle smoked paprika and sea salt on top
