Banana-Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • recipe ⬇️ 400 g flour
  • 400 ml oat milk
  • 1 package of baking powder
  • 2 bananas very ripe
  • 1 grated lemon
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar
  • 1 pinch of fresh vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g blueberries

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together

  3. Add milk and banana and mix until you get a smooth mixture

  4. Heat some oil in a coated pan and fry the pancakes in it

  5. Before you turn them over, sprinkle a few blueberries into the batter, which is still a little liquid

  6. Bake them on both sides until golden brown and serve with agave syrup and fresh blueberries
