Buckwheat Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup un-toasted (raw) buckwheat flour ⠀
  • 3/4 tbsp flaxseed meal⠀
  • 1 3/4 cups light (canned) coconut milk ⠀
  • 1 pinch sea salt⠀
  • 1 tbsp avocado or melted coconut oil ⠀
  • 1/8th tsp ground cinnamon ⠀

Preparation

  1. Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, and cook on a heated pan lightly on each side!⠀

  2. Get creative with your toppings, and enjoy
