Buckwheat Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 cup un-toasted (raw) buckwheat flour ⠀
- 3/4 tbsp flaxseed meal⠀
- 1 3/4 cups light (canned) coconut milk ⠀
- 1 pinch sea salt⠀
- 1 tbsp avocado or melted coconut oil ⠀
- 1/8th tsp ground cinnamon ⠀
Preparation
Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, and cook on a heated pan lightly on each side!⠀
