Chocolate Chunk Lactation Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • add ons: (optional)
  • 1 tbsp organic moringa powder
  • 1 tbsp brewers yeast
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp golden flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 356 F

  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking pad. Set aside

  3. Mix all wet ingredients and add all the dry ingredients followed by the add ons except chocolate chips. Mix well until fully combined, add chocolate chips and fold it in. Using ice cream scoop, scoop the batter and place on the baking sheet

  4. Bake them good for about 10-12 mins

  5. The cookies will look soft and underbake. Allow them to cool in the sheet for 10-15 mins before transferring to the wire rack
