Goma-Wakame- Algae Salad

Ingredients

  • 60g dried wake algae, cut into thin strings
  • 1 cucumber, finely sliced
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh rasped ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pressed clove of garlic
  • a bit of child powder
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp sesame

Preparation

  1. Let the wakame algae soak in luke warm water for 20 minutes. Rinse and slightly press out the remaining liquid form the algae

  2. Roast the sesame in a pan

  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the algae, cucumber and sesame together

  4. Throw in the algae and the cucumber and sprinkle with the sesame

  5. For the best taste let it all sit for 15 minutes
