Goma Wakame Algae Salad
Ingredients
- 60g dried wakame algae
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- chili powder
- 3 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation
Let the wakame algae soak in lukewarm water for 20 minutes. Rinse and slightly press out the remaining liquid from the algae.
Roast the sesame in a pan.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the algae, cucumber, and sesame together.
Add the algae and the cucumber and sprinkle with the sesame.
Let it sit for 15 minutes for the best taste.
