Raspberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • handful raspberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Cook on both sides and serve with toppings! I did soy yogurt, chia jam, raspberries and peanut butter
