Ingredients

  • 1 package of beyond meat
  • 1 Beyond Meat hot Italian sausage(save the rest for another use...sausage and peppers?)
  • 3 teaspoons of minced garlic (use the jarred stuff)
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. I use gloves and just really squish it all up with my hands to evenly distribute the ingredients

  3. Using a small cookie scoop, form balls and place them on a lined baking sheet ( I roll them in my hands after scooping them to pack them a bit tighter)

  4. Bake for 20 minutes

  5. Makes approximately 45 mini meatballs. Enjoy
