Ingredients
- 1 package of beyond meat
- 1 Beyond Meat hot Italian sausage(save the rest for another use...sausage and peppers?)
- 3 teaspoons of minced garlic (use the jarred stuff)
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. I use gloves and just really squish it all up with my hands to evenly distribute the ingredients
Using a small cookie scoop, form balls and place them on a lined baking sheet ( I roll them in my hands after scooping them to pack them a bit tighter)
Bake for 20 minutes
Makes approximately 45 mini meatballs. Enjoy
