Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of aluminum free baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 cup of rice milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbs of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine dry ingredients and stir well

  2. In another medium sized bowl combine wet ingredients and stir well

  3. Combine wet to dry ingredients and stir until all components are well combined

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, grease pan before pouring batter in (we used coconut butter), now pour batter onto pan fry until pancake starts to bubble

  5. Flip pancake over to the other side and fry until golden brown

  6. Repeat process until finished and top with coconut butter and hot maple syrup??? #threebunnies
