Caramel Cookie Dough Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients

  • This was 2 slices of seven seed bread baked in a mixture of 130ml semi skimmed milk and 1 medium egg. Bake at 180C for 10minutes then add in your layers of cookie dough between the layers and bake for another 20minutes. I topped it with some chocolate chips for that melt action, some salted caramel spread and some banana slices. I then used a blowtorch to caramelise up the bananas a bit but ended up just burning them a bit... Had to try though - literally any excuse to use that blowtorch and I'm down
