Cinnamon Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 2/3 cup white flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg or flax egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp liquid coconut oil
  • Cream cheese (for frosting)
  • Greek yogurt (for frosting)
  • Honey (for frosting)
  • Lemon zest (for frosting)

Preparation

  1. Mash bananas using a fork.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Bake at 190°C/370°F for 20 minutes.

  4. For the frosting, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest.
