Cinnamon Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup oat flour
- 2/3 cup white flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg or flax egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp liquid coconut oil
- Cream cheese (for frosting)
- Greek yogurt (for frosting)
- Honey (for frosting)
- Lemon zest (for frosting)
Preparation
Mash bananas using a fork.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 190°C/370°F for 20 minutes.
For the frosting, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest.
