Coconut Cream Pies


  • 1 1/2 cups of soaked dates
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 2 cans of coconut milk that has been refrigerated over night
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup
  • fresh berries of choice


  1. Preheat oven to 350°, combine first three ingredients into a food processor or blender

  2. Blend until dough forms

  3. Place dough into a mold and press dough to form

  4. Bake in oven for 8 minutes

  5. Place ice water into a blender and put in freezer

  6. Remove cups from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes (make sure to wait otherwise cream will melt)

  7. Remove blender from freezer and pour out water

  8. Add the hard contents of canned coconut milk and maple syrup

  9. Blend until smooth

  10. Place cream into cups and add berries of choice

  11. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy???? #threebunnies
