Double Chocolate Pudding Bread
Ingredients
- double chocolate pudding bread:
- 1 cup pumpkin purée (or apple sauce)
- 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- icing:
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Directions: mix cacao, protein and pumpkin purée until thick creamy dough forms
Pour into bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Meanwhile, heat butter over stove on low, mix with maple until thick liquid icing forms
Let bread cool, spread icing and enjoy
