Double Chocolate Pudding Bread

Ingredients

  • double chocolate pudding bread:
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée (or apple sauce)
  • 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • icing:
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Directions: mix cacao, protein and pumpkin purée until thick creamy dough forms

  2. Pour into bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

  3. Meanwhile, heat butter over stove on low, mix with maple until thick liquid icing forms

  4. Let bread cool, spread icing and enjoy
