Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Flour
  • 3ts Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Walnuts
  • 300g Bittersweet Couverture
  • 1ts Salt
  • 1Pack Vanilla Sugar
  • 6tb Maple Sirup
  • 1/4 cup Rapeseed Oil
  • 1/2 cup Oat Milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Melt half of the Bittersweet Couverture in a separate pot

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients

  4. Add the melted chocolate

  5. Ut the dough on an ovenproof dish laid out with baking paper

  6. Smooth out the dough

  7. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes (190º C two-sided heat)

  8. Let it cool down

  9. Melt the rest of the Bittersweet Couverture and spread over Brownies

  10. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours

  11. Cut into preferred size pieces
