Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 150g flour
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 85g dark chocolate, melted
  • 130ml aquafaba
  • 100g coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven are 180C/350F

  2. Whisk aquafaba for 10 minutes until light and fluffy then combine all ingredients

  3. Pour mixture into a deep baking dish and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes
