Vegan Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 120g brown sugar
- 85g dark chocolate, melted
- 130ml aquafaba
- 100g coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Pre-heat oven are 180C/350F
Whisk aquafaba for 10 minutes until light and fluffy then combine all ingredients
Pour mixture into a deep baking dish and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes
