cinnamon banana cake
Ingredients
- 2ts baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1ts cinnamon
- handful walnuts
- 1/2tb lemon juice
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 100g ground almonds
- 170ml plantbased milk
- 50ml rapeseed oil
- 5 ripe bananas
- 250g flour
- 100g brown sugar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees two sided heat
Line a baking tin with baking paper
Smash four of the bananas
Mix with all the other ingredients
Add into the baking tin
Bake for 30-45 minutes
Slice up the last banana and add on top of the cake and sprinkle more cinnamon on top
