Almond Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 180 g ripe bananas mashed with a fork
  • 35 g nutbutter or plant margarine
  • 250 ml soy milk or other
  • 100 g sugar / coconut blossom sugar / erythritol
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 150 g flour (wheat / spelt or gluten-free mixture)
  • 9 g baking powder / 3 tsp Furthermore
  • 1 banana as a topping
  • optional:dried fruit/nuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C/350°F (top and bottom heat)

  2. Mix all the ingredients well and put the dough in an oiled or with baking paper prepared baking tin

  3. Halve a banana and press lightly into the batter

  4. Bake for approx
