Almond Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 180 g ripe bananas mashed with a fork
- 35 g nutbutter or plant margarine
- 250 ml soy milk or other
- 100 g sugar / coconut blossom sugar / erythritol
- 100 g ground almonds
- 150 g flour (wheat / spelt or gluten-free mixture)
- 9 g baking powder / 3 tsp Furthermore
- 1 banana as a topping
- optional:dried fruit/nuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C/350°F (top and bottom heat)
Mix all the ingredients well and put the dough in an oiled or with baking paper prepared baking tin
Halve a banana and press lightly into the batter
