Vegan Lemon Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 250 ml plant milk
- 200 g sugar
- 125 g of sunflower oil
- juice of one lemon
- zest of one lemon
- 300 g of flour
- 1 pck of baking powder
- vanilla powder
Preparation
Ix all the wet ingredients (yes, sugar is not wet, but it is still mixed in with the wet ingredients ?)
Dry ingredients separately
Ombine both to get a well mixed dough
The dough will be more liquid than other cake doughs you might know
Pour the dough into your baking mold and bake the cake for 40 min at 180 °C
