Marble Cake and Pink Custard for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 45g @mornflake oatbran (b)
  • 80g natural fat free yogurt (f)
  • 2 tbsp @nkdliving erythritol gold (1)
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp @morrisons cocoa powder (1)
  • Tsp @sarsonsuk browning (0.5)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp @nkdliving erythritol granulated (1)
  • 200ml milk(part a)
  • Tbsp cornflour (1)
  • @pmecake pink colour gel
  • Vanilla extract
  • @foodie_flavours raspberry flavouring

Preparation

  1. Tsp of @nescafeazera decaf Americano to one half of the mix, then add them to your mould in splodges, choc/nilla/choc/nilla and do on. Then give them a quick swirl

  2. Baked at 180c for 22 minutes

  3. Cover with clingfilm and microwave for 1 minute, stir then repeat, and stir again. Serve immediately. (times may vary, if it's too thick add more milk too thin, back in the microwave
