Marble Cake and Pink Custard for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 45g @mornflake oatbran (b)
- 80g natural fat free yogurt (f)
- 2 tbsp @nkdliving erythritol gold (1)
- Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp @morrisons cocoa powder (1)
- Tsp @sarsonsuk browning (0.5)
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp @nkdliving erythritol granulated (1)
- 200ml milk(part a)
- Tbsp cornflour (1)
- @pmecake pink colour gel
- Vanilla extract
- @foodie_flavours raspberry flavouring
Preparation
Tsp of @nescafeazera decaf Americano to one half of the mix, then add them to your mould in splodges, choc/nilla/choc/nilla and do on. Then give them a quick swirl
Baked at 180c for 22 minutes
Cover with clingfilm and microwave for 1 minute, stir then repeat, and stir again. Serve immediately. (times may vary, if it's too thick add more milk too thin, back in the microwave
