Percy Pig Birthday Cake
Ingredients
- Vanilla whipped cream sponge
- Whipped cream
- Raspberry jam
- White chocolate
- Ruby chocolate
- Percy Pig candies
- Sprinkles and toppers hearts
Preparation
Make the vanilla whipped cream sponge according to the recipe.
Once the sponge has cooled, spread raspberry jam and whipped cream between the layers.
Cover the cake with white chocolate ganache and decorate with Percy Pig candies and heart-shaped sprinkles and toppers.
Drizzle the cake with melted ruby chocolate and pipe raspberry buttercream on top.
Finish the cake by placing big Percy Pig candies on top.
