Raw Protein Vegan Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup @310nutrition chocolate protein powder;
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder;
  • 4 big medjol dates;
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil;
  • 2 tbsp warm water (more if needed);
  • pinch pink sea salt;
  • 2 cups soaked cashews, for at least 2h;
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk;
  • 1/4 cup @310nutrition vanilla protein powder;
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup;
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil;
  • pinch sea salt;
  • 1 cup almonds

Preparation

  1. Process all ingredients until well combined

  2. Press into the bottom of a 7” cheesecake pan

  3. Blend all ingredients until very smooth

  4. Then add

  5. Tbsp caco nibs and blend briefly just enough to mix it with the cheesecake filling

  6. Place in the freezer to set for about 4h

  7. Let it sit a bit before removing the ring

  8. Leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve
