Strawberry or Raspberry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- a pinch of fine sea salt
- filling
- 400gr frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 200ml aquafaba
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agar-agar
- a pinch of fine sea salt
Preparation
For the crust combine all ingredients in the blender and press into the baking form
For the filling heat 50ml of the coconut milk with the agar and then blend together with other ingredients and pour over crust
Freeze for at least 8 hours
