  • 35 grams dry oats (fav brand is @onedegreeorganics sprouted- easier to digest)
  • 113 grams riced zucchini (in food processor)
  • 30 ml skinny syrup (mocha, cookie dough or PB cup is bomb)
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 servings (92 grams) liquid egg whites = 10 grams of protein
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 50 ml unsweetened cashew milk milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
