Ingredients
- 35 grams dry oats (fav brand is @onedegreeorganics sprouted- easier to digest)
- 113 grams riced zucchini (in food processor)
- 30 ml skinny syrup (mocha, cookie dough or PB cup is bomb)
- 100 ml water
- 2 servings (92 grams) liquid egg whites = 10 grams of protein
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 50 ml unsweetened cashew milk milk of choice
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
