Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together and let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken

  2. Scoop out the batter for 6 cookies, flatten the cookies slightly and sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top if you want more sesame flavor like I do

  3. Bake in 350F oven for 12 minutes

  4. They will still be a little under baked in the center but don't worry, that's how they stay chewy in the middle
