Roasted Med Veg

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • rosemary
  • gnocchi
  • shredded mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Crank up the oven, chop some Med veg and toss in olive oil and rosemary, roast for 20-30 mins, boil your gnocchi for 2 mins, drain and add to the veg tray along with some shredded mozzarella, back in the oven for 5 mins, then serve with some scattered rose harissa
