Salt & Chilli Chicken, Chips and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • x2 CHICKEN BREASTS
  • CORNFLOUR
  • x4 SPRING ONIONS
  • x1 ONION
  • x1 GREEN CHILLI
  • x1 RED CHILLI
  • x4 cloves GARLIC
  • x1 MICROWAVE WHOLEGRAIN RICE
  • EGG
  • SALT
  • CHILLI FLAKES
  • SALT & CHILLI SEASONING
  • SESAME OIL
  • COCONUT OIL

Preparation

  1. Cook the Spring Onion, Garlic, Peppers, Onions and Chilli in Coconut Oil

  2. Coat the Chicken in Cornflour with some of the seasoning and garlic

  3. Add the Chicken to the Veg with a little more Salt and cook

  4. Add the cooked Rice to the Sesame Oil in another frying pan, crack in an Egg and whisk with a fork

  5. For the chips drizzle in oil, garlic and seasoning and cook
