Acai Coconut Bowls
Ingredients
- - 2 frozen bananas
- - 2 cups frozen strawberries, blackberries or raspberries
- - 1 cup almond milk, more if needed
- - 2 tbsp almond butter
- - 2 tbsp Pumpkin Protein Powder
- - 4 tbsp Acai powder
- - 1-2 tbsp agave syrup, if needed
- For toppings
- - Fresh blueberries
- - Strawberries
- - Granola
- - Chia seeds
- - Nut butter
- - Coconut flakes
Preparation
Place all the ingredients for the acai bowl in a high-speed blender/food processor and blend until smooth
Transfer to bowls and top with your choice of toppings
