Acai Coconut Bowls

Ingredients

  • - 2 frozen bananas
  • - 2 cups frozen strawberries, blackberries or raspberries
  • - 1 cup almond milk, more if needed
  • - 2 tbsp almond butter
  • - 2 tbsp Pumpkin Protein Powder
  • - 4 tbsp Acai powder
  • - 1-2 tbsp agave syrup, if needed
  • For toppings
  • - Fresh blueberries
  • - Strawberries
  • - Granola
  • - Chia seeds
  • - Nut butter
  • - Coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients for the acai bowl in a high-speed blender/food processor and blend until smooth

  2. Transfer to bowls and top with your choice of toppings

  3. Enjoy
