Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 c almonds (or cashews or walnuts or a mix)
  • 4 c water
  • 1 c ice

Preparation

  1. Soak the nuts in water over night

  2. Blend nuts with water

  3. Strain through a nut bag

  4. Place in a jar and add ice, refrigerate and enjoy all week
