Berry Smoothie with Cauliflower and Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brewed and cooled Yogitea Digestive Awakening tea
  • 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup sweet potato

Toppings

  • Granola
  • Almond butter
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Brew the Yogitea Digestive Awakening tea and allow it to cool completely.

  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender, then freeze it until solid.

  3. In a blender, combine the cooled tea, frozen cauliflower, blueberries, and sweet potato. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and add the toppings: granola, almond butter, coconut yogurt, and cacao nibs.
