Berry Smoothie with Cauliflower and Tea
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brewed and cooled Yogitea Digestive Awakening tea
- 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup sweet potato
Toppings
- Granola
- Almond butter
- Coconut yogurt
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Brew the Yogitea Digestive Awakening tea and allow it to cool completely.
Steam the cauliflower until tender, then freeze it until solid.
In a blender, combine the cooled tea, frozen cauliflower, blueberries, and sweet potato. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and add the toppings: granola, almond butter, coconut yogurt, and cacao nibs.
