Healthy Pink Pitaya Smoothie with Fruits and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • granola (for topping)
  • coconut (for topping)

Preparation

  1. Pink Pitaya is known to be high in fiber, vitamin C, rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids - it may improve the balance of good bacteria in your gut and enhance the appearance and health of your hair, skin and nails.

  2. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Top with granola and coconut.
