Healthy Pink Pitaya Smoothie with Fruits and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- granola (for topping)
- coconut (for topping)
Preparation
Pink Pitaya is known to be high in fiber, vitamin C, rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids - it may improve the balance of good bacteria in your gut and enhance the appearance and health of your hair, skin and nails.
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with granola and coconut.
