Blueberry Avocado Smoothie with Granola and Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 large avocado
- 3/4 banana
- 2 dessert spoons coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp baobab powder
- granola
- blueberries
- banana
- coconut yoghurt
- cacao nibs
- chocolate almond butter
- dark fruit syrup
Preparation
Blend the smoothie ingredients together.
Spoon the blended mixture into a bowl.
Add toppings: granola, blueberries, banana, more coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs, chocolate almond butter, and a drizzle of dark fruit syrup.
