Blueberry Avocado Smoothie with Granola and Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 3/4 banana
  • 2 dessert spoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp baobab powder
  • granola

  • cacao nibs
  • chocolate almond butter
  • dark fruit syrup

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients together.

  2. Spoon the blended mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add toppings: granola, blueberries, banana, more coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs, chocolate almond butter, and a drizzle of dark fruit syrup.
