Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (I used a fresh one but you could use a frozen one too)
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein or collagen

Preparation

  1. Blend it all up and add more ice/ milk to get the exact texture you want! Topped here with more frozen blueberries
