Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana (I used a fresh one but you could use a frozen one too)
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein or collagen
Preparation
Blend it all up and add more ice/ milk to get the exact texture you want! Topped here with more frozen blueberries
