Buckwheat Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buckwheat
- water (for soaking)
- half a frozen banana
- a handful of blueberries
- a little flaxseed
- maca powder
Toppings
- figs
- vanilla granola
- a drizzle of almond butter
Preparation
Soak 1/4 cup buckwheat in water overnight.
In the morning, rinse the buckwheat and add it to a high-speed blender with half a frozen banana, a handful of blueberries, a little flaxseed, maca powder, and blend until smooth.
Top with figs, vanilla granola, and a drizzle of almond butter.
