Chocolate Chia Granola

Ingredients

  • Mix 1tbsp chia seeds with 100ml almond milk,1 tsp of cacao and 1/2 tsp maple syrup. Whisk to make sure you get out any of the clumps of cacao. - Leave overnight in the fridge
  • - In the morning toast 1/4 cup oats in a pan for a minute or two.
- Add a handful of nuts and seeds, flaked almonds, cacao nibs and a few sultanas to the pan and toast for a further minute.
- Turn off the heat and add a teaspoon of cacao and a heaped teaspoon of maple syrup, a square of dark chocolate and give everything a good stir.
- Spread out on parchment paper to cool and sprinkle with sea salt.
- It should be getting crispy after about 10 minutes so you can break it into clusters
  • - Add the chia to your glasses, then some granola, and then some yogurt
  • - Top it with more granola, sliced banana, frozen raspberries and a drizzle of almond butter
  • - And enjoy
