Edamame Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen edamame (80g)
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter or frozen coconut cream (50g)
  • 1 large frozen banana or frozen cauliflower (150g)
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk (250ml)
  • 3 soft dates (50g) or 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend in a high speed blender and top with @sodelicious_ca cocowhip if desired, drink up ya’ll! this *might* become your new go-to shake in the morning, just saying ?

  2. NOTE: I’m giving options here because I know ya’ll love substitutions, the original is the first choice but the subs work really great as well
