Edamame Milkshake with Banana and Soy Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen edamame (80g)
- 3 tbsp cashew butter OR frozen coconut cream (50g)
- 1 large frozen banana OR frozen cauliflower (150g)
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk (250ml)
- 3 soft dates (50g) OR 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Top with cocowhip if desired.
Drink and enjoy.
Tips
Substitutions are flexible: use frozen coconut cream instead of cashew butter, frozen cauliflower instead of banana, and maple syrup instead of dates.
