Edamame Milkshake with Banana and Soy Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen edamame (80g)
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter OR frozen coconut cream (50g)
  • 1 large frozen banana OR frozen cauliflower (150g)
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk (250ml)
  • 3 soft dates (50g) OR 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

  2. Top with cocowhip if desired.

  3. Drink and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Substitutions are flexible: use frozen coconut cream instead of cashew butter, frozen cauliflower instead of banana, and maple syrup instead of dates.

  2. This shake is thick, creamy, sweet, and slightly edamame-flavored, high in protein and beneficial nutrients.
