Frozen Limoncello Peach Slushie Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 heaping cups frozen peach slices
- 1 cup limoncello
- 1 cup Prosecco
- 2 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup ice
Garnish
- Fresh peach slices
- Fresh lemon slices
- Fresh mint
Preparation
In a high-speed blender, combine frozen peaches, limoncello, agave syrup, lemon juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour in 1 cup Prosecco and pulse just a few times to mix.
Divide into 4 chilled glasses.
Garnish each glass with a fresh peach slice, lemon slice, and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
