Frozen Limoncello Peach Slushie Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup limoncello
  • 1 cup Prosecco
  • 2 oz agave syrup
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice

Garnish

  • Fresh peach slices
  • Fresh lemon slices
  • Fresh mint

Preparation

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen peaches, limoncello, agave syrup, lemon juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.

  2. Pour in 1 cup Prosecco and pulse just a few times to mix.

  3. Divide into 4 chilled glasses.

  4. Garnish each glass with a fresh peach slice, lemon slice, and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
