Healthy Sea Moss Chia Lemon Drink
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- water
- 1 large scoop purple sea moss gel
- agave syrup
- ice cubes
Preparation
Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon.
Place 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in a little water and let them soak.
Pour 1 large scoop of purple sea moss gel into a highball glass.
Add water to top off the glass, the lemon juice, the soaked chia seeds, and a few spoons of agave syrup.
Stir well to combine.
Add ice cubes and enjoy.
