Papaya and Hemp Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 small papaya (roughly 2 cups, frozen optional)
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds (substitute with sesame or hemp seed butter if unavailable)
- 2-3 drops organic vanilla essence
- Pinch of cinnamon
Optional toppings
- Sliced banana
- Blueberries
- Desiccated coconut
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until a thick yet smooth consistency is reached
Best served chilled, add some ice cubes if not cold enough
