Papaya and Hemp Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small papaya (roughly 2 cups, frozen optional)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (substitute with sesame or hemp seed butter if unavailable)
  • 2-3 drops organic vanilla essence
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Optional toppings

  • Sliced banana
  • Blueberries
  • Desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until a thick yet smooth consistency is reached

  2. Best served chilled, add some ice cubes if not cold enough
