Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup mint leaves (can leave out and add more mint extract)
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein
- and 1/4 tsp mint extract in a blender until smooth! topped with coconut yogurt + cacao nibs ??ENJOY
