Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves (can leave out and add more mint extract)
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein
  • and 1/4 tsp mint extract in a blender until smooth! topped with coconut yogurt + cacao nibs ??ENJOY
