  • 2 cups plantbased milk (i like using unsweetened vanilla almond milk)⁠
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce⁠
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup⁠
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed⁠
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil ⁠
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 cup diced apple, divided⁠
  • 1/2 cup raisins⁠
