Cripsy Chicken Thigh
Ingredients
- • 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- • Your favorite everyday seasoning (mine is @borsari_foods)
- • 2-3 Tbs. olive oil
- • 2-3 Tbs. yellow mustard
- • 2-3 Tbs. coconut aminos (I use @coconutsecretofficial)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Line a plate with paper towels. Place chicken on top of paper towels to remove any excess water
Season chicken thighs with your seasoning of choice on both sides
Place chicken in Tupperware container
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, mustard & coconut aminos
Pour marinade over chicken in Tupperware container. SHAKE container
Let chicken marinate for a few minutes (or up to an hour or overnight in your refrigerator)
Roast chicken for 30-35 minutes until crispy
