Ingredients
- 1 tbsp @mr_organic rapeseed oil
- 1/2 tspn mustard seeds
- 1/2 tspn cumin seeds
- 2-3 small pieces of broken cinnamon stick
- 2-3 curry leaves
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 small chopped white onion
- 1/4 tspn chopped garlic
- 1/2 tin @mr_organic chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
- 1/4 tspn garam masala powder (or cinnamon powder also good)
- 1/4 tspn chilli powder (optional)
- 2 tins @mr_organic butter beans (we call them double beans)
- 1/2 tspn salt (i use himalayan for all my cooking)
- 1/2-1 tspn jaggery (or sweetener of your choice)
