Garlicky Chili Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Preparation
Brush the dirt off your mushrooms and cut them into slices
Add a little bit of water to a pan and sauté the garlic
Then add your mushrooms and salt to taste
Fry until mushrooms shrink and turn brown
Add your chili flakes last so they won't lose their spicy flavor
