Organic Rye Waffle with Soya Yoghurt, Flaked Almonds & Fruit
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup of rye flakes
- roughly grind in your blender)
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of pink/sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Mix everything together then allow the mixture to rest for 20 minutes to soak up the liquid
Pour into your waffle machine/moulds & cook for 10 minutes
