Organic Rye Waffle with Soya Yoghurt, Flaked Almonds & Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup of rye flakes
  • roughly grind in your blender)
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of pink/sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together then allow the mixture to rest for 20 minutes to soak up the liquid

  2. Pour into your waffle machine/moulds & cook for 10 minutes
