Organic Tofu Kimchi and a Fried Quail Egg

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • kimchi
  • pork belly
  • gochujang
  • spring onions
  • sesame oil
  • salt
  • a bit of sugar

Preparation

  1. The tofu is slowly simmered in salted water which makes it tender and brings out the soybean flavour

  2. The kimchi is fried with pork belly, gochujang, spring onions, sesame oil and seasoned with salt and a bit of sugar

  3. The quail egg is just for kicks
