Ingredients

- what’s in it?
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp dried garlic powder or flakes
- 3/4tsp himalayan salt
- 3/4tsp fine black pepper
- 1 cup kale stems and all
- 5-6 stems mint leaves
- 1tsp lemon juice
- quick blend and batter ready.
- mushroom filling: 300gr laminate portobello mushrooms
- 1/2tspn coarse black pepper
- 1/2 tspn rock himalayan salt
- 1tbspn olive oil
- 1 crushes garlic clove
- 1/4tspn chilli flakes
- 1tspn herbs of your choice, i used oregano
- these wraps can be frozen and used with various different fillings.
Preparation
All quick blend and batter ready
Heat a small frying pan, add oil & pour batter to coat the pan evenly
