Ingredients

  • served with delicious home, pan grilled padron peppers.
  • what’s in it?
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp dried garlic powder or flakes
  • 3/4tsp himalayan salt
  • 3/4tsp fine black pepper
  • 1 cup kale stems and all
  • 5-6 stems mint leaves
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • quick blend and batter ready.
  • mushroom filling: 300gr laminate portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2tspn coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 tspn rock himalayan salt
  • 1tbspn olive oil
  • 1 crushes garlic clove
  • 1/4tspn chilli flakes
  • 1tspn herbs of your choice, i used oregano
  • these wraps can be frozen and used with various different fillings.

Preparation

  1. All quick blend and batter ready

  2. Heat a small frying pan, add oil & pour batter to coat the pan evenly

  3. Cook 2mins on each side flipping twice! This is what took longer
