  • Preheat the oven to 225C/435F.⠀
  • Cut the potatos into wedges and mix in a bowl with some oil, salt, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Pour the potato wedges on to lined baking sheet and bake for 25 min.⠀
  • Dip: 1 avocado, handful of cherry tomatoes, cilantro, chili flakes, salt, one clove of garlic, juice of half a lemon, blended smooth in a blender. ⠀
